Good layout, poor maintenance. If they put the time and money into the layout it could be a very good course.

Doing a lot of work and in a few more years could become a must play. The greens are still very slow and need to be cut much shorter to make this a much better experience

I enjoyed this course and the new owner has certainly made improvements. It still needs more work. It has the makings of a excellent course. If they make the changes they are saying it will be a must play course. Pace of play was bad and requires much better management.
