Balmoral Castle has been the Scottish home to the Royal Family since it was purchased for Queen Victoria by Prince Albert in 1852, having been first leased in 1848.

Within the grounds of Balmoral Castle is a spectacular nine hole / eighteen tee private parkland golf course. The course meanders its way around cairns and monuments from Queen Victoria's reign and continues beside the magnificent River Dee.
